The invention belongs to the field of water conservancy facilities and construction, and particularly relates to a water and soil conservation method for a ground river influenced by coal mining, which comprises the following steps of: a, damming and draining before mining, b, laying pipes and arranging an adjustable bracket, c, separating water and draining water during mining and adjusting the adjustable bracket, and d, plugging ground surface cracks and backfilling and compacting a riverbed after mining. The adjustable support and the drainage pipe are recycled, and the river returns to normal. The system does not waste water resources, can normally supply water for agricultural and pastoral production, and is suitable for projects with small fall above and below rivers. The adjustable supporting leg designed by the invention can effectively adapt to the horizontal movement and sinking rule of the ground surface, so that the adjustable supporting leg can always generate a proper supporting effect on the drainage pipe, and normal water flow of upstream and downstream of a river is ensured. According to the method, the waterproof sandbags are adopted during mining to prevent the influence of rainy season water on working face production, and the plugging effect of the riverbed fractures can be ensured by combining a specially designed plugging mode after the riverbed fractures are plugged after the surface subsidence deformation is stable after mining.
