The combined system overflow pollution control system based on working condition regulation and control mainly comprises a regulation and storage pond, and the regulation and storage pond is divided into a plurality of regulation and storage pond galleries through partition walls; the water inlet end of each regulation and storage pond gallery is provided with a regulation and storage pond water distribution area, the bottom end of each regulation and storage pond water distribution area is provided with a regulation and storage pond drainage ditch, and the regulation and storage pond drainage ditches are located at the downstream ends of the regulation and storage pond galleries; a hydraulic flushing water storage channel is arranged at the upstream end of the regulation and storage tank gallery, an overflow collecting channel is arranged on the outer side of the regulation and storage tank gallery, and the overflow collecting channel is communicated or closed with the regulation and storage tank water distribution area and the drainage pipe channel through corresponding overflow port gates; the overflow collection channel is connected with an overflow collection channel discharge pipe, and the other end of the overflow collection channel discharge pipe is connected with the ecological wetland. According to the combined system overflow pollution control system and treatment method based on working condition regulation and control, sewage of a combined system can be effectively intercepted, collected, regulated, stored and treated under different operation situations, and the situation that overflow pollution of the combined system enters a receiving water body is reduced to the maximum extent.
