The invention discloses an ALC batten installation supporting device and an installation method.The installation supporting device comprises a frame body used for surrounding the edges of an ALC batten, and the frame body comprises two first frames used for being clamped to the upper edge and the lower edge of the ALC batten and two second frames used for being arranged on the left edge and the right edge of the ALC batten; the two ends of each first frame are detachably connected with the ends of the two second frames respectively, and the two first frames and the two second frames jointly define a containing space for containing the ALC plate. The connecting assemblies are used for detachably connecting the adjacent frame bodies, each connecting assembly comprises a first connecting piece detachably connected to the left frame body and the right frame body which are adjacent to each other and a second connecting piece detachably connected to the upper frame body and the lower frame body which are adjacent to each other, and the first connecting pieces are detachably connected to the second frames; the second connecting piece is detachably connected to the first frame. The technical problem that in the prior art, an ALC plate is prone to cracking due to the fixing mode of the ALC plate is solved.
