A first mounting seat is arranged on the side, facing the second clamp, of the first clamp, an angle control seat is arranged on the side, facing the first clamp, of the second clamp, the second clamp is slidably hinged to the angle control seat, and a second mounting seat is fixedly connected to the side, away from the second clamp, of the angle control seat; and the second mounting seat is in sliding fit with the first mounting seat in the X direction.
