The invention provides a scaffold supporting system which comprises at least two supporting frames and a cover plate connected between the two supporting frames in a lap joint mode, each supporting frame comprises a connecting part and a connecting part, each connecting part comprises a vertical rod, and each vertical rod is connected to an attached wall through a first screw; the lap joint part comprises a hollow cross rod fixedly connected with the upper end of the vertical rod, a second screw rod is further arranged in the hollow cross rod in a penetrating mode, and the second screw rod further penetrates through the vertical rod and then is connected with the attached wall body; the inclined supporting part comprises an inclined supporting rod, the higher end of the inclined supporting rod is fixedly connected with the end, away from the attached wall body, of the hollow transverse rod, and the lower end of the inclined supporting rod is fixedly connected with the lower end of the vertical rod. The problem that in the prior art, although construction is simplified through a simple structure support, the safety risk is increased is solved.
