A gear motor is started to drive middle rotating shafts to rotate, the two middle rotating shafts correspondingly stir two clamping discs to rotate reversely, the clamping discs drive transverse insertion columns to move downwards, so that the transverse insertion columns drive second circular baffles to move downwards, the second circular baffles drive top rods at the top ends to be away from the building formwork, and springs are downwards compressed to generate elastic potential energy; and when the clamping disc rotates to a certain position, the clamping disc is not in lap joint with the transverse insertion column any more, the transverse insertion column loses limiting control, the spring jacks up the second circular baffle upwards, the second circular baffle obtains a large upward impact speed till the jacking rod hit the building formwork upwards, and the effect of cleaning concrete impurities on the building formwork is achieved.
