The telescopic tie device is used for hooking a steel bar truss main bar, a handle of the second telescopic component is used for supporting a main bar on the lower portion of a main beam, a hinge pair is in sliding connection with a sliding rail groove, and the sliding rail groove limits the maximum opening angle of an X-shaped structure.
