The invention provides high-performance concrete produced from stone powder and machine-made sand and a production method of the high-performance concrete. The high-performance concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-17 parts of cement; 2 to 4.5 parts of fly ash; 26-38 parts of machine-made sand; 1.6 to 9.7 parts of stone powder; 35-50 parts of gravel; 5-9 parts of water; 0.3 to 0.55 percent of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following raw materials: white sugar, sodium gluconate, sodium methallyl sulfonate, isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, acrylic acid and an initiator e, wherein the acrylic acid and the isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether are taken according to an acid-ether ratio of 4: 1. The white sugar and the sodium gluconate generate sodium gluconate which is combined with calcium ions in the cement, so that the hydration reaction rate of the cement is slowed down, and the flowability of the concrete is preliminarily improved; acrylic acid and isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether are subjected to a free radical polymerization reaction to generate an acrylic acid-isopentenol copolymer, and the fluidity of the concrete is further improved by utilizing electrostatic repulsion and a steric hindrance effect.
