The invention relates to a two-stage reinforced ceramic binder for 3DP printing and a preparation method of the two-stage reinforced ceramic binder. The binder is an organic binder. According to the two-stage reinforcement principle of thermocuring and photocuring, the bonding strength of the adhesive to ceramic powder is remarkably improved, the solid content in a green body is further reduced, the green body is not prone to diffusion on a powder bed, and after being formed and cured, the green body can keep high strength and is convenient to clean and transport; and during degreasing and sintering, the constant shrinkage ratio is easily kept, collapse and deformation are not likely to happen, and finally a degreased and sintered sample piece has high density.
本发明涉及一种用于3DP打印的二段式增强陶瓷粘结剂及其制备方法,所述粘结剂为有机粘结剂。本发明通过热固化与光固化二段式增强原理,使粘结剂对陶瓷粉末的粘结强度显著提升,进一步降低生坯中固含量,且在粉床上不易扩散,成型固化后,生坯可保持高强度,便于清理、运输;在进行脱脂、烧结时,易保持恒定的收缩比,且不易坍塌、变形,最终使脱脂烧结样件具有较高的致密度。
