The invention discloses an anti-oxidation coating suitable for a carbon-ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof.The anti-oxidation coating is composed of a SiC coating arranged on the surface of the carbon-ceramic composite material and an oxygen barrier layer compounded on the SiC coating, the SiC coating is generated through an in-situ reaction and is subjected to oxidation treatment, the oxygen barrier layer is prepared by sintering a coating intermediate, and the oxygen barrier layer is prepared by sintering the coating intermediate. The SiC coating is chemically combined with the base body, shelling caused by thermal stress of the coating at the high temperature can be prevented, redundant carbon of the SiC coating is removed through an oxidation method, the roughness and porosity of the surface of the SiC coating are improved, the surface of a material is better coated with the oxygen barrier layer in the preparation process, and therefore the oxygen barrier layer can be better applied to the surface of the material. The coating intermediate does not contain metal oxide, and also contains SiC which is homogeneous and homologous with the SiC coating, so that the bonding strength of the anti-oxidation coating provided by the invention and a matrix is greatly improved, the anti-oxidation coating is not easy to crack and peel off, and the coating has good oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance.
本发明公开了一种适用于碳陶复合材料的抗氧化涂层及其制备方法,所述抗氧化涂层由设置于碳陶复合材料表面的SiC涂层以及复合在SiC涂层上的阻氧层组成,SiC层为原位反应生成,且经过氧化处理,所述阻氧层由涂层中间体烧结制成,本发明中的SiC涂层,与基体为化学结合,可以防止高温下由于涂层热应力而脱壳,本发明采用氧化的方法去除SiC涂层多余的碳,提高SiC涂层表面的粗糙度和孔隙率,使阻氧层在制备过程中更好地涂覆在材料表面,本发明中的涂层中间体不含有金属氧化物,而且还有与SiC涂层同质同源的SiC,因此本发明所提供的抗氧化涂层与基体的结合强度大幅提升,不易开裂和剥落,涂层具有良好的抗氧化性和抗热震性能。
