Luminous traffic ground identification assembly
The luminous traffic ground identification assembly is composed of a protective layer, a luminous module located in the protective layer and a steel bar structure which is wound outside the luminous module in a transverse and longitudinal staggered mode. The light-emitting module comprises a light guide layer made of light guide materials, a heat insulation layer made of heat insulation materials and a light-emitting circuit board located between the light guide layer and the heat insulation layer. The side, away from the heat insulation layer, of the light guide layer is provided with light guide lamp poles arranged in a matrix mode, and the light emitting circuit board is provided with light emitting lamp beads corresponding to the light guide lamp poles one to one. The end face of the light guide lamp pole and the end face of the protective layer corresponding to the shell are located on the same horizontal plane; and the protective layer is formed by curing a UHPC composite material. The assembly is laid at the position of an existing zebra crossing or a ground traffic sign, the color forms of the zebra crossing and the ground traffic sign can be formed, ground traffic signals can be enhanced through active light emitting of the light-emitting matrix under the unknown sight conditions such as night scenes, and the assembly has good pressure resistance and tensile strength.
本发明公开了一种发光的交通地面标识组件，由保护层、位于保护层内的发光模块以及横纵交错缠绕在发光模块外的钢筋结构组成；发光模块包括由导光材料形成的导光层、由隔热材料形成的隔热层以及位于导光层和隔热层之间的发光电路板；导光层在远离隔热层一侧设有矩阵式排布的导光灯柱，发光电路板上设有与导光灯柱一一对应的发光灯珠；发光模块的导光灯柱伸出保护层且导光灯柱端面与保护层对应壳体端面位于同一水平面上；保护层由UHPC复合材料固化形成。将本发明组件铺设在现有斑马线或地面交通标识的位置处，不仅能够形成斑马线及地面交通标识的颜色形态，而且还可在夜景等不明视线情况下通过发光矩阵主动发光增强地面交通信号，并且组件本身具有良好的抗压能力和抗拉强度。
