The invention provides a pavement asphalt mixture rolling forming method which comprises the following steps: (1) paving an asphalt mixture: constructing an upper surface layer (SMA-13) asphalt mixture at the environment temperature of more than 10 DEG C in a continuous heating process, and not paving the upper surface layer (SMA-13) asphalt mixture when the air temperature is lower than 10 DEG C, (2) initial rolling: adopting two 13T double-steel-wheel road rollers to respectively take the full width as the rolling width, and (3) final rolling: adopting one 13T double-steel-wheel road roller, and carrying out static pressure polishing twice until no obvious wheel track exists. The steel slag replaces basalt to serve as the asphalt concrete mixture, the asphalt concrete mixture is a novel pavement material, and compared with a common asphalt mixture, the steel slag has high economic extrinsic property, safety and quality are controllable in the construction process, the construction period is effectively shortened, and a solid foundation is laid for smooth development of follow-up projects.
本发明提供一种路面沥青混合料碾压成型方法,包括以下步骤:步骤(1).沥青混合料的摊铺:上面层(SMA‑13)沥青混合料施工应在环境温度大于10℃,且处于持续升温的过程中施工,气温低于10℃时不得进行上面层(SMA‑13)沥青混合料的摊铺,步骤(2).初压:采用2台13T双钢轮压路机各自以全幅为碾压宽度,步骤(3).终压:采用1台13T双钢轮压路机,静压赶光2遍,至无明显轮迹为止。本发明钢渣代替玄武岩作为沥青混凝土混合料是一种新型路面材料,与普通沥青混合料相比具有较强的经济外部性,施工过程中安全质量可控,并有效缩短了工期,为后续工程的顺利开展奠定了坚实的基础。
