Road pavement flatness detection device
The invention discloses a road pavement flatness detection device, and relates to the technical field of construction quality detection. The detection device comprises a lower supporting plate and a transparent movable plate which are horizontally arranged; the upper surface of the lower supporting plate is connected with an upper supporting plate through uniformly distributed guide sleeves; an opening A and an opening B which are communicated with the guide sleeve are respectively formed in the lower supporting plate and the upper supporting plate; a spring telescopic rod is arranged in the guide sleeve in a matched mode. During use, the lower supporting plate is horizontally mounted on a road surface, and the spring telescopic rods are controlled to be in contact with the ground; and then the transparent movable plate is controlled to move downwards and make contact with the end of the spring telescopic rod. The lower supporting plate and the transparent movable plate are arranged, and the spring telescopic rods moving up and down in the vertical direction are arranged on the lower supporting plate, so that the pavement flatness is judged by judging the number of the spring telescopic rods in contact with the transparent movable plate in the process of controlling the transparent movable plate to move downwards during use; and the surface height error of a local small-area road surface is detected.
本发明公开了一种道路路面平整度检测装置,涉及施工质量检测技术领域。检测装置包括水平设置的下撑板和透明活动板;下支撑板的上表面通过均布的导向套连接有上支撑板;下支撑板和上支撑板上分别设置有与导向套连通的开孔A和开孔B;导向套内配合设置有弹簧伸缩杆;使用时,在道路路面上水平安装下撑板、并控制弹簧伸缩杆均接触地面;然后控制透明活动板向下移动并接触到弹簧伸缩杆的端部。本发明设置下撑板和透明活动板,并在下支撑板上设置沿竖直方向上下活动的弹簧伸缩杆,使用时根据控制透明活动板向下活动过程中,判断与透明活动板相接触的弹簧伸缩杆的数量来判定路面平整度,实现对局部小面积路面的表面高度误差进行检测。
