The mechanical heavy-load amphibious bridge body supporting structure comprises a bridge body, the bridge body comprises a middle box, a side box rotationally connected with the middle box and a driving assembly, and the driving assembly can drive the side box to rotate between a storage position and a paving position; the supporting assembly comprises a supporting plate, a waterproof sleeve and a telescopic assembly, and the telescopic assembly is arranged on the inner side of the waterproof sleeve and drives the supporting plate to move between a supporting position and a retracting position; and the water propulsion assembly is arranged on the axle body to drive the axle body to sail on water. The device is ingenious in structural design and high in automation degree, the supporting plate is driven by the telescopic assembly to make contact with the water bottom or the ground during bridging so as to support the middle box, the stability of the bridge body structure during bridging is guaranteed, the size of the device is increased through the waterproof sleeve during water navigation, and therefore the load capacity is increased so as to improve the water transportation efficiency.
