The invention provides a multi-box-section multi-span continuous reinforced concrete superposed beam mounting method which comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a row of temporary brackets between adjacent cover beams, and mounting bracket jacks on the temporary brackets; s2, the precast beam sections are hoisted to the sliding device and the temporary support in a segmented mode, the precast beam sections are connected, and a first continuous beam piece is formed; s3, the support jack is released, the first continuous beam piece is supported by the sliding device, and the first continuous beam piece and the sliding device are temporarily and fixedly connected; s4, the first continuous beam piece is moved to the design position through a sliding device; s5, the steps S2-S4 are repeated, the second continuous beam piece is assembled and slides in place, temporary consolidation of the first continuous beam piece and the second continuous beam piece is relieved, and the first continuous beam piece and the second continuous beam piece are transversely connected into a continuous beam; and S6, the sliding device is controlled to jack the continuous beam, a permanent support is installed on the cover beam, the continuous beam falls onto the permanent support, and the concrete panel and the steel beam are overlapped.
