Sand layer grouting device
The invention discloses a sand layer grouting device, and relates to the technical field of sand layer grouting devices. Comprising a base, a mixing mechanism, a batching mechanism and a storage mechanism are installed on the base, the batching mechanism comprises a conveying channel, the conveying channel is fixed to the base through a supporting frame, and a feeding opening is formed in the top of the conveying channel; the feeding hopper is installed on the conveying channel, and the output end of the feeding hopper is matched with the feeding port in position; the conveying base is connected into the conveying channel in a sliding mode, and an opening matched with the feeding port is formed in the top of the conveying base; and the end plate is movably mounted at the end part of the conveying seat. By arranging the batching mechanism, different materials can be added into different feeding hoppers, and the material adding amount can be controlled by feeding the materials for multiple times through the conveying base; due to the fact that the volume of the conveying base is relatively fixed, proportioning of all materials can be achieved based on adjustment of the conveying times of different conveying bases.
本发明公开了一种砂层注浆装置,涉及砂层注浆装置技术领域;包括底座,所述底座上安装有混合机构、配料机构、存储机构,所述配料机构包括:输送通道,输送通道通过支撑架固定于底座上,输送通道顶部设置有进料口;加料斗,加料斗安装于输送通道上,加料斗的输出端与进料口的位置适配;输送座,输送座滑动连接于输送通道内,输送座顶部开设有与进料口相适配的开口;端板,端板可活动的安装于输送座端部。本发明通过设置配料机构,能够向不同的加料斗内添加不同的物料,通过输送座多次送料,即可实现对物料添加量的控制;由于输送座的容积相对固定,因此基于对不同输送座输送次数的调整,即可实现各物料的配比。
