The invention relates to the field of building construction equipment, in particular to an efficient combined type foundation pit supporting device which comprises a guiding device used for transmission, and a motor clamping base used for limiting is fixedly arranged at the center of the lower end face of the guiding device. By arranging the guide device, when the side portion of a foundation pit is adaptively supported, a servo motor can drive a transmission worm gear and a driving bevel gear to rotate in a meshed mode through a transmission worm, and the driving bevel gear can synchronously drive two sets of transmission lead screws to rotate through two sets of driven bevel gears; the two sets of transmission lead screws can synchronously drive the two sets of supporting side plates to conduct centripetal or centrifugal displacement through the positioning sliding seat, then adaptive supporting and protection are conducted on the side wall of the foundation pit, meanwhile, the meshing connection of the transmission worm gear and the transmission worm and the threaded connection of the transmission lead screws and the positioning sliding seat can provide double self-locking, and the supporting effect is good. And the supporting stability of the supporting side plate on the side wall of the foundation pit is effectively improved.
本发明涉及建筑施工设备领域,具体为高效组合式基坑支护装置,包括用于传动的导向装置,所述导向装置的下端面中心处固定设置有用于限位的电机卡座。本发明通过设置导向装置,在对基坑的侧部进行适应性支撑时,伺服电机能通过传动蜗杆带动传动蜗轮和主动锥形齿轮进行啮合转动,主动锥形齿轮则能通过两组从动锥形齿轮同步带动两组传动丝杆进行转动,两组传动丝杆能通过定位滑座同步带动两组支护侧板进行向心或者离心位移,进而对基坑的侧壁进行适应性的支撑和防护,同时传动蜗轮与传动蜗杆的啮合连接与传动丝杆与定位滑座的螺纹连接,能提供双自锁,有效提高了支护侧板对基坑侧壁支撑的稳定性。
