The two ends of the second strip-shaped column are fixedly connected with connecting blocks, and connecting grooves matched with the connecting blocks in an inserted mode are formed in the surface, away from the pile column, of the first strip-shaped column. And a fixing mechanism for fixing the second strip-shaped column is arranged on the pile column. The first strip-shaped columns are horizontally mounted on the two adjacent piles through cooperation of the inserting blocks and the inserting grooves; and the second strip-shaped columns are horizontally installed on the two adjacent first strip-shaped columns through cooperation of the connecting blocks and the connecting grooves, and therefore the construction efficiency of the combined foundation is effectively improved.
