The invention discloses a laminated transfer beam structure facilitating development of a vehicle depot upper cover. The laminated transfer beam structure comprises an upper cover plate beam, a laminated transfer beam, a building structure column, at least two upper cover plate columns, column head steel bars and shear steel bars. Column head reinforcing steel bars are reserved on the upper cover plate columns, the ends of the superimposed transfer beams are connected to the adjacent upper cover plate columns through the column head reinforcing steel bars, shear-resistant reinforcing steel bars are reserved at the beam ends of the upper cover plate beams, the superimposed transfer beams are connected to the upper portions of the upper cover plate beams in a superimposed mode through the shear-resistant reinforcing steel bars and the column head reinforcing steel bars, and the building structure columns are connected to the upper portions of the superimposed transfer beams. The method not only can meet the requirement for connection of a subsequent development structure and the upper cover plate within a long time span, but also has high shock resistance, and has the advantages that construction is convenient, the construction quality is high, the construction cost is low, the cost of an upper cover plate reservation project is low, and the upper column can be flexibly arranged to meet later subway upper cover development.
