The aim of the invention is to advance the prior art in that it has low cost, quiet, high energy efficiency, as it is controlled by pre-programmed software such that the capture efficiency is as high as possible, by automatically and constantly maintaining the optimum temperature point of the cold running condensation plate, as the software receives the signals from temperature, air humidity and atmospheric pressure sensors, the temperature of the cold running condensation plate can be detected as much as possible. The basic components developed are the condenser, vaporizer, turbine and air channel, which provide additional gain in water production, and by means of a resident technical recipe, which controls the operation of the compressor, by the continuous circulation of compression and expansion of the refrigeration gas, creating the low temperature of the condensing cold plate. And meanwhile, the generated noise is reduced, and more energy is saved.
