A supporting strip is fixedly installed on the lower side of each limiting plate, green plants are planted in each square box so as to decorate an outer wall, water stored in the water tank can be used for watering the green plants, when a fire disaster happens indoors, people in the room can climb outwards through the window, a user can climb downwards along each square box, and therefore the environment is protected.
