The invention relates to a construction method of a high-altitude overhanging steel reinforced concrete structural beam, which comprises the following steps of: providing a profile steel beam and an overhanging operation platform, and connecting the overhanging operation platform to one end of the profile steel beam on the ground; the section steel beams connected with the cantilever operation platforms are hoisted to the construction position, and the cantilever operation platforms connected to the section steel beams are located on the outer side of the building structure; steel bars and formworks are arranged on the peripheries of the hoisted section steel beams in the building structure, and concrete is poured; and steel bars and formworks are arranged on the portions, located on the outer side of the building structure, of the section steel beams through the overhanging operation platform, concrete is poured, and therefore construction of the steel reinforced concrete structural beams is completed. And then the section steel beams and the cantilever operation platform are hoisted to the building through hoisting, concrete is poured twice for fixing, and the whole construction method avoids erecting the cantilever operation platform at high altitude.
本发明涉及一种高空悬挑型钢混凝土结构梁的施工方法,包括如下步骤:提供一型钢梁及悬挑操作平台,将悬挑操作平台于地面处连接在型钢梁的一端上;将连接好悬挑操作平台的型钢梁吊装至施工位置,并让型钢梁上连接的悬挑操作平台位于建筑结构的外侧;于建筑结构内对所吊装的型钢梁的外周设置钢筋及模板并浇筑混凝土;以及利用悬挑操作平台在型钢梁位于建筑结构外侧的部分处设置钢筋及模板并浇筑混凝土,从而完成型钢混凝土结构梁的施工,通过在地面上施工连接件、支撑件以及平台板形成悬挑操作平台,再通过吊装将型钢梁和悬挑操作平台吊装至建筑上,两次浇筑混凝土固定,整个施工方法避免在高空对悬挑操作平台进行搭设。
