The device and the building template are connected and clamped through the arranged telescopic mechanism, manual auxiliary fixing is not needed, the building template is vertically and upwards lifted preliminarily through a first telescopic rod, and then the end, away from the fixing frame, of a third sleeve is upwards pulled through a second telescopic rod; during pulling, the building template does not displace in the horizontal direction, a connecting block is always kept in a horizontal state under the action of an adjusting rod, further and more accurate height adjustment is carried out, and when a second sleeve moves, the building template is always kept in a state of being perpendicular to the ground; and the building template can be conveniently fixed after being placed at a proper position.
