A beacon device can be incorporated into the body and is configured to transmit beacon data including an identity of the beacon device. The key can be used by a maintainer to maintain a commercial facility, wherein the commercial facility includes a consumable product dispenser that requires periodic refilling. Maintenance can include interfacing a receiver device incorporated in a product dispenser with a beacon device incorporated into a key configured to unlock the product dispenser; interfacing the receiver device with a server system to transmit the identity of the beacon device to the server system; and identifying, by the server system, an identity of a maintenance person that unlocks the product dispenser based at least in part on the identity of the beacon device.
