A shower head device with a soap feeding function comprises a shower head body, a liquid storage unit, a drainage unit and a soap feeding unit. The shower head body comprises a shower part and a water outlet face located on one side of the shower part. The liquid storage unit is arranged on the shower head body and comprises a filling space for filling a cleaning solution; the drainage unit is arranged in the shower head body, combined with the liquid storage unit and communicated with the filling space; the soap feeding unit is arranged in the shower head body and connected with the drainage unit, the soap feeding unit comprises a soap outlet part, the soap outlet part is arranged on the shower part and is on the same side with the water outlet surface, and the soap feeding unit sucks the cleaning solution in the liquid storage unit from the liquid conveying channel to the soap outlet part to be sprayed out by means of a negative pressure suction means. Therefore, the shower head device has the functions of showering and soap discharging, and the convenience of showering is improved.
