The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing gelatin grafted sulfonated aldehyde ketone polycondensate; and preparing the hydrated calcium silicate/gelatin grafted sulfonated aldehyde ketone nano seed crystal early strength agent through a precipitation method by taking the gelatin grafted sulfonated aldehyde ketone polycondensate as a dispersion phase. The structural formula of the gelatin grafted sulfonated aldehyde ketone polycondensate is shown in the specification. The use temperature range of the hydrated calcium silicate/sulfonated aldehyde ketone nano composite seed crystal early strength agent for oil well cement provided by the invention is 2-60 DEG C, when the addition amount of the hydrated calcium silicate/sulfonated aldehyde ketone nano composite seed crystal early strength agent in cement paste is 0.5-4.0% of the mass fraction of cement, the early strength agent has an obvious early strength effect, and the improvement of the hydrated later strength is obviously higher than that of the existing common hydrated calcium silicate seed crystal material. # imgabs0 #
