The invention discloses an efficient concrete anti-sticking agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-16 parts of polypropylene glycol, 3-5 parts of a hardening agent, 1-7 parts of a surfactant, 1-2 parts of a diluent, 1-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-6 parts of a release agent, 1-2 parts of graphite powder and 1-6 parts of a lubricant. The invention also provides a method for preparing the concrete anti-sticking agent from the components. By adopting the anti-sticking agent provided by the invention, not only is the demolding process of a concrete template convenient realized, but also the smoothness of the concrete template can be remarkably improved, and the anti-sticking agent can be widely applied to the technical field of concrete anti-sticking agents.
本发明公开了一种高效混凝土防粘剂，包括以下重量份数的成分：聚丙烯醇10‑16份、硬化剂3‑5份、表面活性剂1‑7份、稀释剂1‑2份、聚四氟乙烯1‑4份、脱模剂1‑6份、石墨粉1‑2份、润滑剂1‑6份。本发明还提供了通过上述成分制备成混凝土防粘剂的方法。通过采用本发明提供的防粘剂，不但实现了方便混凝土模板的脱模过程，而且还能够显著提高混凝土模板的光滑程度，能够广泛应用在混凝土防粘剂技术领域。
