Anti-freezing concrete capable of being recycled for multiple generations and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses anti-freezing concrete capable of being recycled for multiple generations and a preparation method. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 405 to 418 parts of cement, 8 to 20 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 680 to 735 parts of river sand, 865 to 890 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 168 to 194 parts of water, 2.2 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 0.05 to 0.1 part of alkylbenzene sulfonate air entraining agent. The nano silicon dioxide is used as a raw material and has high specific surface area and pozzolanic activity, the alkylbenzene sulfonate air entraining agent reduces aggregation of the nano silicon dioxide, uniform dispersion of the nano silicon dioxide in the concrete is promoted, air holes in the concrete are uniformly distributed, and therefore the mechanical property and the anti-freezing property of the concrete are improved; and the second-generation and third-generation recycled coarse aggregates obtained by crushing after freezing and thawing for 400 times can be reused as structural concrete in cold regions, so that the waste of materials and the environmental pollution are greatly reduced.
