Preparation method of heavy metal polluted soil electric heating ecological base material
The invention provides a preparation method of a heavy metal polluted soil electric heating ecological base material. The method specifically comprises the following steps: sieving dried and ground heavy metal polluted soil powder, adding Portland cement, uniformly mixing, adding water, scrap iron and polyacrylamide, and uniformly stirring in a stirrer; and continuously stirring at a constant speed under the condition of 60-80r/min to form the heavy metal polluted soil electric heating ecological base material in a soft plastic-flow plastic state. According to the prepared heavy metal polluted soil electric heating ecological base material, on the premise that the mechanical property of slope restoration and plant growth are met, the electric heating of the ecological base material can be achieved by effectively utilizing the conductivity of the scrap iron and the heavy metal polluted soil, meanwhile, under the condition that the base material is conductive, more dissolved heavy metal can be driven by current to enter the roots of plants, and therefore the ecological base material is protected. The accumulation of the heavy metals in plant organs is promoted, so that the removal efficiency of the plants on the heavy metals is enhanced, and a novel composite material which is wide in application range, thorough, efficient, economical, effective, green and environment-friendly is formed.
本发明提供了一种重金属污染土电热生态基材的制备方法。所述方法具体是取已烘干并研磨过的重金属污染土粉末,将其过筛后加入硅酸盐水泥混合均匀,然后加入水、废铁屑、聚丙烯酰胺置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀;继续在60‑80r/min的条件下匀速搅拌即形成软塑‑流塑状态的重金属污染土电热生态基材。本发明中制备的重金属污染土电热生态基材,在满足边坡修复的力学以及植物生长前提下,可有效利用废铁屑以及重金属污染土的导电性,实现生态基材电热化,同时基材在导电的情况下,电流能驱动更多溶解的重金属进入植物根部,促进重金属在植物器官中的积累,从而增强植物对重金属的去除效率,形成了一种适用范围广、彻底、高效、经济有效、绿色环保的新型复合材料。
