Airport pavement base structure and construction method
The airport pavement base layer structure comprises a lower base layer structure and an upper base layer structure, the lower base layer structure is mainly composed of geocells and sand gravels, the sand gravels are backfilled into the fixed geocells for rolling construction, and a geocell reinforced sand gravel layered structure which is jointly stressed is formed; the geocell reinforced sand gravel and upper base layer structure is mainly composed of geocells, sand gravel and cement paste, the sand gravel is backfilled into the geocells and is compacted in a rolling mode, then the cement paste is poured, the cement paste permeates into the sand gravel, and a composite layered structure of the geocell reinforced sand gravel and the cement paste is formed. By the adoption of the structure, the base layer structure formed by the geocell reinforced sand gravel and the cement paste replaces a traditional water-stable base layer structure, so that construction is simpler, the maintenance time is shortened, local materials are conveniently used, and the engineering cost is saved.
一种机场道面基层结构及施工方法,包括下基层结构和上基层结构,所述的下基层结构主要由土工格室和砂砾石组成,将砂砾石回填至固定好的土工格室内进行碾压施工,形成共同受力的土工格室加筋砂砾石层状结构;所述土工格室加筋砂砾石与上基层结构主要由土工格室、砂砾石和水泥浆组成,将砂砾石回填至土工格室内碾压密实后灌注水泥浆,使水泥浆渗透入砂砾石中,形成土工格室加筋砂砾石与水泥浆的复合体层状结构。本发明采用上述结构,通过土工格室加筋砂砾石和水泥浆形成的基层结构代替传统的水稳基层结构,使得施工更加简单,缩短了养护时间,便于就地取材,节省了工程成本。
