The invention provides a stay cable hanging method under the condition of tower, beam and cable synchronous construction of an extradosed cable-stayed bridge, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The method comprises the steps that preparation work before cable hanging is conducted, sleeve hoisting work is conducted after preparation is completed, a circulating traction device is arranged to facilitate follow-up steel strand cable hanging, cable hanging work of the steel strands is conducted till cable hanging of all the steel strands is completed, and steel strand tensioning work and sleeve fixing are conducted after cable hanging is completed. Then temporary protection, cable force detection and cable force damping work are conducted through waterproof cloth and the like, and finally protection treatment of the stay cable is conducted; by means of the circulating traction system in the method, the steel strand is more stable and faster in the cable hanging process, the number of invested equipment and workers is small, the occupied space for hanging the single steel strand is small, the working procedure is simple, and the installation speed of the stay cable is higher.
