The invention provides a construction method for dismantling a rhombic hanging basket, which comprises the following steps of: after the construction of a main beam hanging basket is finished, converting a hanging basket anchoring system, namely anchoring a bottom basket system on a concrete main beam by using phi 32mm finish rolling deformed steel bars, and replacing original hanging rods and hanging belts for connecting a front upper cross beam with the bottom basket; and the bottom basket and the side mold are lowered by a certain height. After the anchoring system is converted, disassembling the upper structure of the hanging basket by adopting a truck crane, disassembling the inner mold, and disassembling the lower part of the hanging basket by adopting an air disassembly method. An aerial disintegration method is adopted, namely, an upper structure of the hanging basket is dismantled through a truck crane, then lower components of the hanging basket are subjected to aerial disintegration through cooperation of a plurality of hoisting devices, a concrete main beam projection area is pulled out through a winch, and finally the hanging basket is lifted to a bridge floor through the truck crane. The problems that the economic cost is high and the period is long due to the fact that the rhombic hanging basket cannot be lowered directly and integrally due to the influence of geographical factors are solved.
本发明提供了一种菱形挂篮拆除的施工方法,在主梁挂篮施工完成后,进行挂篮锚固系统转换,即利用φ32mm精轧螺纹钢将底篮系统锚固在混凝土主梁上,替换原来前上横梁与底篮连接的吊杆、吊带;并将底篮及侧模下放一定高度。锚固系统转换后,采用汽车吊拆卸挂篮上部结构、拆卸内模,采用空中解体法拆卸挂篮下部。本发明采用空中解体法,即利用汽车吊拆除挂篮上部结构,然后通过多台吊装设备协作,将挂篮下部构件进行空中解体,利用卷扬机牵引出混凝土主梁投影区域,最后采用汽车吊提升至桥面。解决了因受地理因素影响,菱形挂篮无法采取直接整体下放带来的经济成本高、周期较长的问题。
