Rapid maintenance and reinforcement method for stand column type concrete structure
The invention discloses a rapid maintenance and reinforcement method for a stand column type concrete structure. The method comprises the following steps: (1) assembling a stand column climbing device on a stand column type concrete structure to be maintained and reinforced, and installing an annular track; (2) mounting a front-end executing mechanism on the annular track; (3) the stand column climbing device is controlled to climb, and a detection mechanism is carried by the stand column climbing device to detect building diseases and defects; (4) the detection mechanism is disassembled, a surface treatment mechanism is installed, the concrete surface is subjected to roughening treatment, and diseased concrete is chiseled away; (5) the exposed rusted steel bars are maintained; and (6) the surface treatment mechanism is detached, a repairing material spraying mechanism or other mechanisms are installed, and different repairing materials are sprayed and poured according to different diseases. The working procedures of scaffold building, formwork erecting, formwork disassembling and the like are omitted, and high-quality rapid maintenance and reinforcement of the stand column structure are achieved; and the integrated robot is adopted for operation, so that the demand quantity and the labor intensity of workers are reduced, and the operation risk is reduced.
