The invention provides a sludge foundation curing device and method. The device comprises a sludge curing stirrer, a curing agent storage chamber, a sludge suction pipeline and a sludge injection pipeline. One end of the sludge suction pipeline is in contact with sludge under the foundation, the other end of the sludge suction pipeline is connected to the sludge solidification stirrer, and a suction pump is arranged on the sludge suction pipeline; the curing agent storage chamber is connected with the sludge curing stirrer through a curing agent transmission pipeline, and a transmission pump is arranged on the curing agent transmission pipeline; the sludge curing stirrer is used for stirring the sucked sludge and a curing agent to generate to-be-cured sludge; one end of the sludge injection pipeline is connected with the sludge solidification stirrer, the other end of the sludge injection pipeline is in contact with sludge under the foundation, and an injection pump is arranged on the sludge injection pipeline and used for injecting to-be-solidified sludge into the settlement space under the foundation, so that rapid filling and hardening of the to-be-solidified sludge are achieved. Sludge under the foundation can be rapidly solidified to form a permanent hard soil substance.
