The invention discloses a compartment structure of a nuclear island steam generator and an installation method of the compartment structure. The installation method comprises the following steps that a base is buried in the ground of an assembling area outside a nuclear island; providing a plurality of arc-shaped sub-modules and a plurality of vertical sub-modules; the multiple arc-shaped sub-modules and the multiple vertical sub-modules are hoisted to the base, the multiple arc-shaped sub-modules are spliced in the vertical direction to form an arc-shaped wall of the compartment structure, and the multiple vertical sub-modules are spliced at the two ends of the arc-shaped wall to form two plane walls; the two plane walls and the arc-shaped wall are connected to form a hollow wall body, pouring cavities are formed in the hollow wall body, and the two plane walls and the arc-shaped wall are connected to form a hollow wall body; and the hollow wall body is hoisted and installed in the installation area in the nuclear island, and concrete is poured into all the pouring cavities in the hollow wall body to form the compartment structure. The installation time of the compartment structure is shortened, the installation efficiency is improved, and the installation difficulty is reduced.
