The drainage holes are formed in the supporting section, so that the waterproof base plate can collect water through the primary water accumulation groove, accumulated water permeating into the wall is directly drained, and the problems that excessive accumulated water overflows, the bottom end of the wall plate is soaked and the like are solved.
