The construction method provided by the invention is not restricted by construction environment factors such as a basement, can adapt to a narrow construction site, and realizes integrated construction of sliding, overturning and lifting of the heavy steel truss which is not assembled right below; the steel truss is installed through a ground horizontal splicing method, the steel truss can be inserted in advance for construction, the steel structure construction period is effectively shortened, and meanwhile the risk of cross operation with civil engineering is avoided; in addition, the overturning angle of the steel truss is controlled by a computer system, synchronization of pushing and lifting of the steel truss is achieved, the steel truss is turned up stably, the construction quality is improved, the safety risk is reduced, limitation of construction environment factors such as a basement is avoided, and the installation efficiency is improved.
