The invention discloses an auxiliary mounting device and method for a large cantilever inclined steel structure, and belongs to the technical field of building steel structure mounting. The auxiliary installation device of the inclined steel structure comprises two sets of hoop mechanisms and a plurality of sets of traction mechanisms, the two sets of hoop mechanisms are used for being fixed to the two splicing ends of the adjacent steel structures in a surrounding mode correspondingly, and a plurality of through grooves which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction and arranged in a penetrating mode are formed in the outer side faces of the two sets of hoop mechanisms correspondingly; each traction mechanism comprises two traction blocks, a flexible traction rope and a jacking part, the auxiliary mounting device can play a role in positioning and splicing the mounting of the inclined cantilever beam, and the mounting precision of the inclined cantilever beam is improved; the installation method of the inclined steel structure is achieved based on BIM, the installation method is continuously optimized by building the BIM and conducting collision iteration before construction and in the construction process, and the installation positioning precision and the installation quality of the steel structure in the field implementation process are further guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种大型悬挑倾斜钢结构的辅助安装装置及安装方法,属于建筑钢结构安装技术领域。倾斜钢结构的辅助安装装置包括两组抱箍机构和若干组牵引机构,两组所述抱箍机构分别用于环抱固定在相邻钢结构的两拼接端上,且两组所述抱箍机构的外侧面上均设有若干圆周均布且贯穿设置的通槽,一组所述牵引机构包括两块牵引块、一根柔性牵引绳和一个顶升部件,辅助安装装置能对倾斜悬挑梁的安装起到定位拼接的作用,提升了倾斜悬挑的安装精度;倾斜钢结构的安装方法基于BIM实现,通过建立BIM模型,在施工前及施工过程中进行“碰撞”迭代,持续对安装方法进行优化,进一步保证现场实施过程中钢结构安装定位精度及安装质量。
