The invention discloses an anti-buckling self-resetting support based on pre-pressing disc springs and a damping and energy dissipation method. The buckling-restrained self-resetting support comprises a yieldable core material, a fixed end sealing plate, a movable end connecting plate, a cylinder barrel, a pre-pressing disc spring assembly, an installation auxiliary plate, a movable end sleeve and the like. When the structure vibrates under the action of dynamic loads such as earthquakes and wind, the two ends of the anti-buckling self-resetting support installed on the structure move relatively, the cylinder barrel and the movable end sleeve slide relatively, the yieldable core material in the cylinder barrel reciprocates under the lateral constraint of the cylinder barrel, the pre-pressing disc spring assembly slides under the guiding action of the cylinder barrel, and the anti-buckling self-resetting support is installed on the structure. The yieldable core material and the pre-pressing disc spring assembly deform synchronously to jointly play the roles of energy consumption, limiting and resetting. The damping device is controllable in damping parameter, clear in mechanical model, simple in structure, convenient to install and remarkable in damping effect, has certain self-resetting capacity and can be used for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction of bridges, buildings and other structures.
