The time-phased pressure control system comprises: a data acquisition unit for acquiring original historical data and pump-related original data; the water volume prediction unit is used for constructing a water volume prediction model according to the original historical data and obtaining water volume prediction data; the pressure prediction unit is used for constructing a pressure prediction model according to the original historical data and obtaining inlet pressure prediction data; the pressure fitting unit is used for fitting according to the original historical data to obtain a first corresponding relation between the outlet pressure and the inlet and outlet flow; the water pump fitting unit is used for fitting according to the original historical data and the pump related original data to obtain a second corresponding relation between the outlet flow and the actual working parameters of the water pump; and the optimal configuration unit is used for carrying out time division and configuring a water pump control scheme according to the original historical data and a result obtained by calculation. The method has the beneficial effects that time-phased pressure control is reasonable, and energy consumption is reduced.
