The invention relates to curved photovoltaic laminated glass, a preparation method thereof and a vehicle. The curved photovoltaic laminated glass comprises outer curved glass, a first adhesive film layer, a second adhesive film layer, a photovoltaic cell, a third adhesive film layer and inner curved glass, the first adhesive film layer and the second adhesive film layer are arranged between the outer curved glass and the photovoltaic cell, and the first adhesive film layer is closer to the outer curved glass than the second adhesive film layer. The third adhesive film layer is arranged between the photovoltaic cell and the inner curved glass; wherein concave-convex lines are arranged at the interface of the first adhesive film layer and the second adhesive film layer. The curved-surface photovoltaic laminated glass can improve the transmittance of sunlight without influencing the glass performance, and can be applied as automobile glass.
本发明涉及一种曲面光伏夹层玻璃及其制备方法、车辆。上述曲面光伏夹层玻璃包括:包括:外曲面玻璃、第一胶膜层、第二胶膜层、光伏电池、第三胶膜层和内曲面玻璃,第一胶膜层和第二胶膜层均设置在外曲面玻璃和光伏电池之间,且第一胶膜层较第二胶膜层更靠近外曲面玻璃,第三胶膜层设置在光伏电池和内曲面玻璃之间;其中,在第一胶膜层和第二胶膜层的界面处设有凹凸纹路。上述曲面光伏夹层玻璃能够提高太阳光的透过率且不会影响玻璃性能,能够作为汽车玻璃应用。
