The invention belongs to the technical field of underground cable laying, and particularly relates to a cable direct burial laying device which comprises a chassis, a ditching device installed on the chassis, a sand laying device installed behind the ditching device, a slicking device arranged below the sand laying device, a pay-off device arranged behind the sand laying device, and a floating wire feeding device arranged behind the pay-off device. A guide mechanism is arranged below the rear portion of the floating wire feeding device, a secondary sand laying device and a slicking device are arranged behind the guide mechanism, and a backfilling device and a compacting roller are arranged behind the secondary sand laying device. The tractor drives the chassis to operate, the ditching device excavates a cable groove, the sand laying device paves fine sand, cable laying is carried out through cooperative work of the pay-off device, the floating wire feeding device and the guide mechanism, finally, the groove is backfilled and compacted through the backfilling device and the compaction roller, and cable laying is completed. The whole-course mechanical operation is realized, the laying construction efficiency of the buried cable is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the labor intensity of constructors is greatly reduced.
