The invention discloses a farmland recession water purification system which comprises a treatment channel arranged beside a farmland, the treatment channel is communicated with the farmland through a gutter channel formed in a ridge of the farmland, and a primary settling section, an ecological treatment section and an ecological storage pond are arranged in the treatment channel in the water flow direction. A pipeline communicated with the ecological storage pond is arranged between the ecological storage pond and the river channel, a water pump is connected to the pipeline, and water flow exchange between the ecological storage pond and the river channel is achieved through the pipeline. The farmland recession water purification system comprises a treatment channel which is sequentially provided with a primary settling section, an ecological treatment section and an ecological storage pond according to the water flow direction, a biological rope is arranged in the primary settling section of the treatment channel, a gravel layer is arranged in the ecological treatment section, and an aeration pipe and an ecological floating bed are further arranged in the ecological storage pond. Therefore, ecological treatment and purification of the farmland recession water can be realized, pollutants of the farmland recession water are reduced, and pollution of the farmland recession water is reduced.
