Method for inhibiting arsenic dissolution of ceramic filter material
The invention provides a method for inhibiting arsenic dissolution of a ceramic filter material, which comprises the following steps: mixing clay, a pore-forming agent and water to obtain a wet material; sequentially carrying out compression molding and primary firing molding on the wet material to obtain a porous material; the porous material is soaked in a lanthanum salt solution for dipping, then secondary firing forming is carried out, and the ceramic filtering material is obtained. The porous material is soaked in a lanthanum salt (La3 +) solution, the porous material can adsorb lanthanum salt, lanthanum oxide can be fixed in the ceramic filtering material in the subsequent firing forming process, arsenic in the ceramic filtering material is converted into insoluble lanthanum arsenate (LaAsO4) through the lanthanum oxide, and therefore dissolution of arsenic in the ceramic filtering material is effectively inhibited. Experimental results show that the ceramic filter material prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention can reduce 99.1% of arsenic dissolution.
本发明提供了一种抑制陶瓷过滤材料砷溶出的方法,包括如下步骤:将粘土、造孔剂和水混合,得到湿料;将所述湿料依次进行压制成型和一次烧制成型,得到多孔材料;将所述多孔材料浸泡于镧盐溶液中,进行浸渍,然后进行二次烧制成型,得到陶瓷过滤材料。本发明将多孔材料浸泡于镧盐(La3+)溶液中,多孔材料能够吸附镧盐,在随后烧制成型过程中能够将镧氧化物固定在陶瓷过滤材料中,利用镧氧化物将陶瓷过滤材料中的砷转化为难溶的砷酸镧(LaAsO4),从而有效抑制了陶瓷过滤材料中砷的溶出。实验结果表明,本发明提供的制备方法制备得到的陶瓷过滤材料能够降低99.1%砷的溶出。
