The invention relates to the technical field of transmission equipment, and particularly discloses a transmission device of a snow sweeper, which comprises a bottom plate, and a transverse plate is connected to the bottom plate through a rotating mechanism; and two snow pushing mechanisms are arranged on the transverse plate in a sliding manner. According to the device, the motor is constant in torque and accelerates quickly during starting, the power is still kept consistent along with the increase of the speed, the starting torque of the engine is very small, and the peak torque can be slowly reached along with the increase of the rotating speed, so that when the device is used for initially starting the snow removal equipment, the power is still kept consistent; the first motor, the second motor and the third motor are used for driving the snow removing equipment more quickly, a gearbox is not needed for motor driving, only one fixed speed reducing mechanism is needed, transmission structures are reduced, much energy loss is reduced, expenditure of the snow removing equipment is reduced, many gear transmission structures needed for engine driving are avoided, and the cost is reduced. Therefore, vibration, impact, noise and dynamic load generated in gear transmission operation are avoided.
