The enteromorpha cleaning ship comprises a ship body, wherein a fixing frame is fixedly mounted at any end of the ship body; one end of the enteromorpha collecting plate is fixedly installed at the end, away from the ship body, of the fixing frame, and one ends of a plurality of transverse rods are evenly fixed to the other end of the enteromorpha collecting plate; the vertical rods are installed on the fixing frame, and the multiple vertical rods and the multiple transverse rods are arranged in a crossed and matched mode; the collecting mechanism is installed on the fixing frame, and the collecting mechanism drives a vertical rod to move from the end away from the ship body to the end close to the ship body through a power mechanism so as to collect enteromorpha prolifera; the reset mechanism is installed on the fixing frame, and the reset mechanism drives the vertical rod to swing up and down through a power mechanism so that the vertical rod can do reciprocating motion above and below the water surface.
