Modular steel cofferdam, construction device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a modularized steel cofferdam which comprises a steel plate, a supporting truss, a clamping frame and a clamping piece, and the invention further provides a special construction device for the modularized steel cofferdam, and the special construction device comprises a connector, a first steel rope, a hoisting frame, a traction assembly, a balance adjusting assembly, a second steel rope and a connecting hook. The steel cofferdam provided by the invention is convenient to butt joint, the difficulty of preliminarily inserting the clamping piece into the clamping frame is reduced through the design of the opening structure at the upper end of the clamping frame, the alignment time is shortened, the balance condition of the spliced steel cofferdam is adjusted by adopting the design concept of one static and one dynamic, and the construction efficiency is improved. The right end of the assembled steel cofferdam is hoisted at a fixed point in a suspension traction mode, an assembly for detecting and adjusting balance is placed above the left end of the assembled steel cofferdam, and when the steel cofferdam is not in a horizontal state, the height of the left end of the steel cofferdam can be adjusted only by retracting and releasing the first steel rope on the left side; and power can be cut off to stop working until the horizontal state is reached.
