Deep large-diameter open caisson construction method
The invention discloses a construction method for a deep large-diameter open caisson. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a foundation pit is excavated to the sinking elevation; secondly, a cushion layer is constructed in the foundation pit, a plain concrete cushion layer is arranged on a sand cushion layer at the bottom, and the width of the sand cushion layer is calculated through a set calculation formula; thirdly, sinking is conducted through open caisson pouring construction, and segmented manufacturing and segmented sinking are conducted; during pouring of each section, double rows of scaffolds are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the shaft, the outer side support is of a bottom falling type, the inner side support is of an overhanging type, the outer side support and the inner side support are connected into a whole, formwork erecting pouring is carried out section by section, and reinstallation is carried out when concrete of each section is poured, the inner side support is dismantled and the next section is constructed; after pouring is completed, excavation and sinking are conducted again, and circulation is conducted in sequence till the open caisson sinks to the bottom falling elevation; and fourthly, the open caisson is subjected to bottom sealing. The method has the advantages of safety, economy, applicability, high working efficiency and the like.
