The invention discloses a basement exterior wall waterproof system and method, and relates to the technical field of basement waterproofness, and the basement exterior wall waterproof system and method are characterized in that an electroosmosis waterproof system utilizes an electric field generated by low-voltage and low-current pulse charges to enable water molecules and hydrated ions in a basement waterproof structure to move from a positive electrode to a negative electrode, and water is discharged; the drainage system is used for collecting the discharged water; the basement waterproof and moistureproof monitoring system collects real-time data through a sensor, shares data with the electroosmosis waterproof system through a big data technology, and controls operation of the electroosmosis waterproof system. Different from filling of backfill soil in the space between the foundation pit boundary and the basement wall face, the phenomenon that water in the backfill soil permeates into the basement wall face through the capillarity can be better reduced through the electroosmosis waterproof technology, water molecules move directionally through low pressure, and a basement is waterproof and dampproof. The system has the advantages of fast response time, low support power consumption, small pollution, simple structure and fast construction.
