The invention discloses a rainwater collection and purification device for a green and energy-saving building and a use method thereof, the rainwater collection and purification device comprises a water receiving pipe, one end of the water receiving pipe is in butt joint with a water inlet of a preliminary filter tank, and a water outlet of the preliminary filter tank is connected with a first water suction pump; the other connector of the first water suction pump is in butt joint with a water inlet of the smashing tank, and a water outlet of the smashing tank is in butt joint with the second water suction pump. According to the rainwater collecting and purifying device for the green and energy-saving building and the using method of the rainwater collecting and purifying device, a water receiving pipe is in butt joint with a rainwater drainage port, rainwater directly flows into a primary filtering tank through the water receiving pipe, then the filtered rainwater flows into a smashing tank, and the treated rainwater further flows into a secondary filtering tank; the rainwater in the secondary filtering tank flows along the track of the spiral frame, so that the filtering cotton in the spiral frame can effectively filter foreign matters in the rainwater, and finally the rainwater treated by the secondary filtering tank flows into the water storage tank.
